Waited almost 2 hours for 2 pizzas then there wasn't even an excuse or discount, very bad.

Zero taste ..... I'd rather have a frozen pizza

I'm really angry, it says here that it is open from 11 am to 11 pm. I have now tried to call for 1.5 hours to order something, nobody answers the phone and that doesn't work. That's not even going to be a star!

Pizza was delicious, but the delivery was a disaster. After more than 60 minutes of waiting without delivery (the specified delivery time was 28 minutes), a telephone inquiry was not possible because the number had not been assigned (later o-ton: was too busy, unplugged the phone). When the delivery was finally made, the gentleman was very unfriendly and left you with a "be glad you got something at all".

To be honest, I have never had such an unfriendly person as a saleswoman as this Ms. Kögler, I haven't come across anything like that unfriendly and in a bad mood for a long time. How can you let someone like that loose on humanity !! If other colleagues (Marcel) weren't so nice, we would have left again today! He at least had a smile on his face and holding conversation with us !! When asked if you can pay by card through corona, there was a snippy answer "no !!! If you order by phone" but with an undertone where everyone else would be fired for. So I won't go there again. I'm so dissatisfied! Anyone else do not wish to meet this bad-tempered Ms. Kögler !!!

We like to order here because the pizzas have always tasted good, so far I have not been disappointed, PayPal is possible that makes ordering even more relaxed ... the drivers are all very friendly too ... the waiting times are also normal not too long so optimal ... The pizza is always delicious but it is the second time that a wrong pizza was delivered. I usually order 4 pizzas and one was always wrong. I did not like that so much.
